Shipping Policies

Thank you for your purchase. Your support and loyalty is important to us. Processing can take 3 to 7 business days before receiving a tracking number. 

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Damages and issues

If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home Live Love and Affirmations Co LLC  cannot be responsible. Claims must be made with the post office. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Unfortunately, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, if your package is damaged we will give you a discount on your replacement.

Invalid Address

If you make a mistake on the address and the package and it is returned to sender we will refund you minus a convenience fee. Please be careful when typing address we would hate for you to repay for shipping. You do not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to USPS and if your product was sent out/ scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee. 

Refunds
Every purchase made is nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
